How it works
The process is built around absentee owners. Assessment happens while the house is empty, the work happens off-site, and everything is back on the terrace before the season starts.
I
We visit the property, photograph every piece, and note material, finish condition, and any structural issues. You receive a written estimate with a per-piece breakdown. Nothing proceeds without your approval, and you do not need to be on the island for this.

We collect the pieces and transport them to our shop. Cushions and umbrellas are inventoried separately. Everything is logged against your Record of Care so nothing goes missing across a multi-piece job.

Frames are stripped of oxidation and chalking. Welds and joints are checked and corrected. Aluminum is refinished to the original specification. Teak is cleaned and re-oiled. Woven loom is cleaned and re-tensioned. This is where the majority of the time goes.

Every restored surface receives the protective coating. This is the layer that stands between the finish and the salt air, and it is what separates a restoration that holds from one that looks well for a season.

Pieces are returned and placed on the terrace as they were. A seal tag is attached to each restored piece recording the year of service. You receive the Record of Care documenting what was done.

For members, we return four times a year to inspect and touch up, and once a year to reseal. Small problems get caught while they are still small, which is the entire point.
Materials
Castelle, Tropitone, Woodard, Brown Jordan, Gensun. The core of what we do. Oxidation and chalking removed, finish rebuilt, then sealed.
Lloyd Flanders, Lane Venture. Deep cleaned, re-tensioned where the weave has relaxed, frames treated, then sealed.
Kingsley Bate, Royal Teak. Cleaned back, re-oiled, and sealed. Teak can also be left to silver deliberately, which we will discuss rather than assume.
