Salt corrodes. Sun fades. Both work slowly enough that you only notice on the drive up, when the terrace looks tired and the season has already started.
What we do
I
Frames stripped of oxidation and chalking, welds and joints checked, the original finish rebuilt rather than painted over. Teak re-oiled, woven loom cleaned and re-tensioned.

A protective coating applied to every restored surface. It is the layer that stands between the finish and the salt air, and it is included in every price on this page.

Seasonal visits to inspect and touch up, and an annual reseal. The terrace stays ready without you scheduling anything or being on the island to let us in.
Brands we care for
Cast and extruded aluminum, teak, and woven loom each take a different process. If your pieces are not listed, they are almost certainly still within our care.

A ten-piece terrace, five dining chairs, a dining table, two club chairs and two side tables, restored and sealed: $3,050 – 3,825. Replacing the same pieces new runs well past fifteen thousand.

The reseal is the centerpiece. The quarterly visits are the stewardship around it, so nothing waits a full year to be caught.
